WARNING: the Bank will make a preliminary valuation of the asset to be pledged based on the information and the photographic documentation provided by the applicant. The applicant therefore acknowledges that the preliminary valuation does not represent an "estimate" under the law on pledge credit and is only intended to provide a preliminary, non-binding valuation of the asset. For this reason, the Bank does not make any commitment as regards the preliminary valuation and the granting of the loan. The Bank will make the valuation required to grant the loan only when the asset to be pledged is presented physically to the Bank's appraiser. To find out all details and you are able to read Italian, please consult Pledge Credit Information Sheet.

2.

request a valuation

FURTHER DETAILS

On the day of your appointment, remember to bring the following with you:

  • a valid identity document
  • your tax code
  • the article or articles to be pledged

An appraiser will make the valuation. If it meets your expectations, a loan agreement will be drawn up.

3.

collect the money

FURTHER DETAILS

After the appraiser's valuation has been completed, the Bank will issue a document in the name of the bearer (policy), which, once you have handed over your asset, will enable you to collect the sum of money agreed and then, when the loan expires (which may be 3, 6 or 12 months), to collect the asset in question.

REMEMBER

When the loan expires, the policyholder may redeem the pledged asset by repaying the amount received as a loan, the expenses and the interest due for the period. Similarly, he may choose to redeem the pledged asset in advance or, if permitted by the Bank, renew the loan for a further period. For all details, please consult the Information Sheet and the Regulations.

If the pledged asset is not redeemed, or the loan is not renewed, after a minimum of thirty days from the expiry date of the loan, the Bank may sell the pledged asset or assets at an auction.
